🌞 Artist’s Bio
Katsy is an award-winning illustrator and designer from Manila, Philippines. She graduated with honors from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde’s Multimedia Arts program in October 2016 and completed a Master of Fine Arts degree in Illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta, Georgia in March 2021 with the honor of Excelsus Laureate. She currently works as a Product Designer for tech startup Jointly in Austin, Texas. Her graphic design background combined with her passion for illustration has led her to produce work with a distinct blend of illustration and design. Her versatile style can be applied to various markets, from editorial illustration to motion media to visual branding systems.
In the moments Katsy is not buried under a veritable mountain of work, she likes to go outside and take her fill of sun and fresh air, skate around, snap some film photos, and have long chats with close friends over comfort food. She is particularly fond of cats, the environment, and road trips; she also does not normally refer to herself in third person.
